Alan's first MD role at 23, saw him running a manufacturing facility with a turnover of £7m and 120 headcount. His journey there took him to live and work in the USA, China, and Australia with revenues in excess of £750m and EBITDA of £40m. Working in manufacturing covering foundries, injection moulding, PCB, electronics, white goods, and lighting, he then moved into wholesale distribution with some of the world's leading brands. With experience in M&A, Turnarounds, and Private Equity, his most recent role saw him move to Australia to turnaround the fortunes of a wholesale distribution business based in Brisbane.
Upon his return, Alan trained as an Executive Coach, gaining a Masters Degree and opening his International Coaching Business.
