Breandan Ward is a senior strategic leader, leadership coach and disability inclusion strategist with over 20 years of global experience across investment banking, consultancy, education and social impact. He spent 15 years in investment banking across London and New York, including senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, where he also championed disability inclusion initiatives. Partially blind himself, Breandan brings a valuable combination of lived experience and senior corporate leadership to conversations around disability inclusion and inclusive workplaces. Today, he advises senior leaders, boards, scale-ups and institutions on leadership, transformation, inclusive practice and growth. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at Technological University Dublin and Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU Wagner. His perspective connects personal experience with organisational and leadership realities, making inclusion a conversation about culture, opportunity, performance and meaningful participation.
