After 27 years as a partner at EY, Riaz Shah now serves as Professor of Practice for Innovation and Leadership at Hult International Business School, where he leads sessions on global megatrends, digital disruption, and innovation.
At EY, he advised clients in Assurance and Technology Consulting, held key leadership roles—including Assurance Managing Partner in London—and, as Global Learning Leader, spearheaded initiatives to prepare EY’s 400,000+ employees for the future of work, delivering over 24 million learning hours annually and launching the EY Tech MBA.
Riaz advises CEOs, collaborates with governments on education and entrepreneurship, and hosts tech programs for senior executives. He also founded and chairs One Degree Academy, a free school in London, and actively supports social enterprises.
In 2023, King Charles III awarded him an OBE for his contributions to education. He studied at Bradford University, Harvard Business School, and Singularity University and is a chartered accountant.
