Biography

Costas Andriopoulos is a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Associate Dean for MBA programmes at Bayes Business School, City, University of London. He has held visiting professorships at renowned institutions such as Oxford’s Said Business School, IIM Ahmedabad, and Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Ranked in the top 3% globally for innovation management research, Costas explores how entrepreneurial firms thrive in dynamic markets through both incremental and breakthrough innovation. An award-winning educator, he teaches New Venture Creation across Bayes MBA programmes and equips leaders to drive impactful change and innovation.
