Graham Allcott

Biography

Graham Allcott is the author of multiple books, including the global bestseller How to Be a Productivity Ninja and his latest, KIND: The quiet power of kindness at work – a call for more human-centred, high-performing workplace cultures.

He founded Think Productive in 2009, now one of the world’s leading providers of productivity training and consultancy, working with clients such as Amazon, eBay, the British Red Cross and Disney. The company has offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE and the Netherlands.

Earlier in his career, Graham worked in the voluntary sector, including as Chief Executive of Student Volunteering England and advisor to the UK Government on youth policy.

Away from work, he’s a DJ with a love for jazz, rare groove and electronic music. And despite being allergic to failure elsewhere in life, he’s a lifelong Aston Villa fan and Toronto Blue Jays baseball devotee.
