As the founding Head of a free special needs school, she developed deep practical experience in creating environments where people with different needs can thrive. Today, Audrey helps organisations move beyond good intentions and embed inclusion into everyday leadership, culture and decision-making. Her work explores inclusive leadership, disability inclusion, cultural intelligence and creating workplaces where everyone can belong and succeed.
