Stef Reid MBE is a World Champion, four-time Paralympian, and triple Paralympic medallist whose remarkable journey has made her one of the most sought-after speakers on resilience, adaptability, and high performance. Following the loss of her right foot in a boating accident as a teenager, Stef rebuilt her athletic career to become a world-class long jumper and sprinter, earning medals for both Canada and Great Britain on the Paralympic stage. Today, she is a broadcaster, executive coach, and keynote speaker, helping organisations and leaders navigate change, embrace diversity, and perform under pressure.
